Greetings. I’m Coral and I’m a Chef…but not the Julia Child or Giada De Laurentiis type – I’m all about tickling your tastebuds with sausage choucroute, chocolate lava cake, seafood linguine with caviar, black truffle risotto, oysters rocafella, passion fruit taffy… salivating yet?
From private cheffing and organic meal prep to custom catering, super secret supper clubs, risque bachelor(ette) parties and more, I’m Cooking My Way to the TopTM and tantalizing you at every turn.
But it didn’t always used to be cupcakes and rainbows. My interest in cooking, which later grew into a fiery passion and insatiable appetite, stemmed from a long history of health issues as grappled to gain a greater appreciation for food.
It wasn’t until a couple year’s back at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market that I experienced the a-ha moment that would launch my culinary career. As I fondled a bright red-and-green prickly dragon fruit in the middle of Main Sreet, I suddenly realized that food could be not only tasty, but experiential—even sensual. A cathartic release if you will…
And so I embarked on a scintillating journey that took me from failed startup founder to a proud graduate of The New School of Cooking and Natural Health College. I dove headfirst into producing exclusive, eight-course pop-up dinners, where I expertly orchestrated all aspects of event planning—decking out private venues and serving up piping hot plates of gourmet cuisine to the delight of guests.
Now I’ve edged my way onto the social media scene and into the hearts (and mouths) of my dear, dear fans (wink wink) who are eagerly awaiting the debut of my forthcoming television show, Cooking My Way to the Top TM featuring, well, yours truly.
